3. Subscription & Payments
- Venta POS operates on subscription-based plans.
- Prices, features, and billing terms depend on the plan selected.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Data Usage
By using our services, you allow us to store, process, and analyze your business data strictly for operational and analytical improvements. We do not sell or misuse customer data.
5. Software & Updates
We may release updates, enhancements, or new features periodically. Some updates may require system downtime, which will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
6. Support & Maintenance
Support is provided as per the plan chosen (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum). Response time and availability may vary accordingly.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, UI/UX, and technology related to Venta POS remain the exclusive property of Xploro Technologies. No rights are transferred except the license to use the product.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Business losses due to misuse of the system
- Incorrect data provided by users
- Third-party integrations or outages
- Force majeure events
Our total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid for the last three months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- The user violates our terms
- Illegal or fraudulent activity is detected
- Payments are overdue
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service implies acceptance.
